Service Description

Welding Services Include: Tig Welding: Mostly used on wheel repairs and roll cages but also used on precision welding jobs with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, nickel and all castings. Mig Welding: Need a quick tack? Exhaust repair or thin gauge repairs such as rust repair ? Pre fabricated railings ? This is a clean surface type of welding more so used in shop. Stick Welding: Normally used on equipment repairs and on site structural steel repairs. Normally I burn 7018 1/8 wire at 125 amps in all positions but when I start doing heavy equipment all I use is 7018 5/32 at 165 amps in all positions. 6011 is used from time to time to fill big gaps or to do on site railings repairs and thin gauge repairs. Flux Core: Normally only used on site for equipment repairs or equipment hard facing. I use a 5/64 wire on site.
